Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel had a beautiful sea view. The location was great and we were close to the animation team - Bahador - Samet, and Aşken. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly - providing great service. The variety of food was good and the nightly piano and violin performances were a nice touch. The internet was available everywhere in the hotel with good speed.

Excellent place for a trip in Kuşadası! There was a pool to enjoy. The hotel is an easy walk to isa bey mosque and Pygela. We appreciated everything about the property - it met my needs.

The room was incredibly spacious and kept in pristine condition, which was mind-blowing. The Lobby's pleasant fragrance upon entering immediately set the mood for a super relaxing stay. The stunning beachfront location offered jaw-dropping scenery, along with a variety of well-maintained pools that catered to everyone's preferences. The kids' pool, complete with awesome slides, provided a safe and fun haven for little ones to enjoy. The convenient bus service to the nearby town made exploring easy and affordable, without compromising the resort's serene atmosphere and local culture. We felt extremely secure throughout our stay, allowing us to leave our belongings unattended and our rooms unlocked. The abundance of delicious food options ensured that there was always something delectable to indulge in. The evening entertainment for kids was heaps of fun, and there were plenty of seating options in the main lobby and terrace for chilled evening drinks. Special mention to the kind lady from room service on the 4th floor who surpassed our expectations. Lastly, having access to a private beach was a game-changer, making our beach experience all the more enjoyable.

Not at all. This hotel should be out - of business. I very surprised why they still survive. The room is poor, TV is so old and very small. They forget to turn on the refrigerator and no minibar inside even a glass of water.

Huge place, ample space for personal time, hardworking staff, great food choices, kids have a blast with pool. Highly recommended for a carefree stay.

The service was great with very little exception. The room was very nice and clean. In the hotel area everything was kept clean.

The animator`s show was very unappropriate and some of the employees did not do their jobs.

I always come back to this place. It's perfect for me. They have everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24/7 reception, a pool for kids, game room, spa. Plus, they welcomed me with a cold drink on my first visit. Coming back for New Year!

The hotel staff were very helpful and the resort was very clean and our room was modern with a view of the Sea. The beach was nice and quiet and the pool played music and the animation staff got you play volleyball and participate in other activities. The food was fresh and the common areas of the hotel were very clean. The gym is very small and barely any equipment - but you can run into the town of Kusadasi - there are sidewalks on the road. Overall, we were happy with our stay and Booked.net has reserved nice rooms in the hotel. The hotel is also a 20 minute bus ride from Ephesus - which was nice.

The service at the bars and the buffet can be slow, i.e. the waiters can take a while to bring you water and wine and clear you plates or to pour you a drink, make a coffee.

Beautiful view, close to beach, newly redecorated room, good value for money, easy access to Ephesus ruins, water sports available.

Location is perfect, beach is clean, staff was friendly. 6Th floor has great designed rooms, new furniture and great view.

Food was not really good, a lot of choice but lack of quality. Housekeeping services were pretty lazy. Animation too loud.

Great view of the sea from the hotel and good sports facilities available, including a running machine that is 2km long. The rooms in the main building are spacious and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway.

The food was a disappointment with limited variety, poor quality and sometimes even rotten. The staff were also not very attentive and struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to get any help.

The noise coming from the 'entertainment' centre with pop music and trainer instructions by loudspeaker disturbing the calm on the beach. It seems a general problem in Turkey now: Pop and Tecno music on every beach unfortunately. While we will recommend Tusan Beach resort to others, we will alsol caution them not to expect a quiet beach.

We had a wonderful time in our stay, enjoying the beachfront and outdoor swimming pool. The Spa centre was amazing, offering a wide range of luxurious beauty treatments and massages. The staff always went out of their way to assist us, treating us cordially, and making sure our needs were fulfilled. The location advantages of this hotel were remarkable, situated in a peaceful area, with stunning views of the sea and sun terrace. The private facilities were exclusive, giving us access to rooms with modern amenities, balconies with breathtaking views, and delicious continental breakfast.

The only minor issue was the indoor heated swimming pool, it was not as convenient as we expected it to be. The water temperature was a bit warm for our taste and the pool could have used some renovations.
